The BB102.05.53 Steering Box for 1-4 Motorized Devices is a professional control cabinet designed for the safe and reliable operation of motorized sports equipment installed in sports halls, arenas, schools and multipurpose facilities.
The system allows centralized control of up to four motorized devices, including ceiling-suspended basketball units, dividing curtains, protective nets and other electrically operated sports equipment. The control cabinet improves facility management while ensuring a high level of user safety.
Designed in accordance with DIN 7892:2017, the steering box incorporates the required HOLD TO RUN control principle. Equipment movement is possible only while the operator actively presses the direction button, providing maximum operational safety and preventing unintended movement.
To comply with modern sports facility safety requirements, the control cabinet is equipped with an emergency stop button, a key-operated activation system and a main power switch. The key-operated control prevents unauthorized access and ensures that only trained personnel can operate the equipment.
The control circuit operates on a safe 24 V control voltage, while the cabinet itself is powered from a standard 230 V electrical supply. The motors are energized only during operation, reducing energy consumption and improving overall system safety.
Manufactured with a durable lacquered steel enclosure, the steering box is designed for long-term use in demanding sports environments and can be integrated into both new and existing sports facility installations.
